In his current role at Gaskins | Gibson Capital, Knox is actively managing portfolios, implementing retirement and financial plans, managing trust and estate assets, and providing insurance solutions for his growing client base.
He joined the group after completing his Master of Business Administration at Campbell University, where he previously received his undergraduate degree in Trust and Wealth Management, with a minor in Financial Planning. Knox has also attained the credential of an Accredited Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (ATFA), which demonstrates the highest level of fiduciary expertise, having achieved over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial and the Series 65 with Independent Advisor Alliance. Knox is also licensed for life, accident, and health insurance.
Knox was very active in campus life at Campbell, where he served as Student Body President in his final year. Prior to Campbell, he attended Belmont Abbey College on a golf athletic scholarship. In his free time, Knox is an active member of Providence Church of Raleigh. Knox has also served on the National Board of Directors for the Campbell Alumni Association, as well as on the Alumni Board of Gaston Christian School. In Raleigh, Knox is active in The First Tee Triangle as a member of The Game Changers Council.
When Knox isn’t working, he enjoys golfing, exercising, eating excellent food, and spending quality time with his family, friends, and his wife, Dr. Emily Gibson, a dentist in Raleigh.
